Flemington Cycles Returns Policy

The return policies on this page applies to products purchased from the Flemington Cycles online store and Flemington Cycles Shop.

Change-of-mind

‘Change-of-mind’ includes purchases you have made in error eg. Accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

If you change your mind on your purchase from the Flemington Cycles online shop or in store you may return most products (*see below) to us in the manner specified in this policy within 30 days of delivery to you, for a full refund. For purchases made in store, please return to the store where our friendly team will assist you.

* Please note the following conditions:

• We do not accept a change of mind refund or exchange for Bicycle Purchases.
• For warranty issues on bikes we refer to the manufacturer for guidance.
• All items must be in new condition with original packaging.
• Returns for all purchases require the original receipt.
• Online purchases may be returned to our Flemington Store, or by following the online return instructions below.

Any product that is altered, damaged, washed or worn in any way, or is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition) cannot be accepted as a return. This includes cycling shoes where cleats have been fitted.

Proof of purchase and delivery from the Flemington Cycles web-store is required for all returns and must accompany the product being returned.

Flemington Cycles will not refund the shipping costs you paid for the initial purchase of the product. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

We will only refund the cost of the returned product, if it is deemed acceptable for return (see below for products that we do not accept for return under our change of mind policy).

Specific warranty terms may apply to technical products. If the Product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement, repair, gift card or refund will be issued.

We do not accept the return of products under our change-of-mind policy that are:

• Water bottles
• Food/Nutrition Products
• Sale / Clearance items
• Bicycles
• Certain Items due to hygiene reasons such as cycling bib shorts

All returns need to be addressed to "Flemington Cycles, 450 Racecourse Road, Flemington, Vic 3031 and should include your order/invoice with the package.
